The Swedish company Kabo produced simple plastic models. These models were used as give-aways with 'Kalaspuffar' cereal in the 1960's. Kabo produced not only cars but also small trucks, ships, airplanes as well as train models. Kabo offered among others four Volvo scale models : the Volvo PV445 Duett, the PV445 Duett panel van, the PV544 and the Volvo Amazon 4-door. The scale of these Volvo models is approximatively 1:87. These models existed in six different colors. These colors vary depending if it is a model without or with tires. The Volvo PV445 Duett and Volvo PV544 existed in these colors: blue, red, yellow, black, silver and bronze/gold. These cars came without tires. These models were released in 1959. The Volvo PV445 Duett panel van and Volvo Amazon 4-door existed in these colors : blue, red, yellow, green, white and gold. These cars came with tires. These models were released in 1960.
