An upcoming model in the Volvo Collection by Editions Atlas will be a white Volvo 145 Express from 1969. This model has appeared in an auction in China. This was in the past always a sign that the same model will be released in a near future here in Europe. The scale model is decorated as a service car from a company offering radio & TV services and repairs. The lettering on the sides says : RADIO & TV - Service. Volvo produced this high roofed version of the Volvo 145 station wagon as a replacement for the Volvo Duett.

The Volvo P1900 has finally been released. The start makes the already announced blue model. And Modelcarworld offers the very same moment a special limited edition of only 300 units in red with a red interior. The models are offered for 54.95 € on the web. I wrote initially that their price would be 60.95 €. The windshield which has received some criticism on the first released photos showing a pre-production model has been changed. It is no longer a part of the resin body but a separate photo-etched part. This modification has largely improved the visual aspect of this scale model.
Two more color variants will follow at a later date.
