Volvo 760 GLE (US) by Editions Atlas

The number eighty-four in the Volvo Collection by Editions Atlas is the the Volvo 760 GLE with the typical square lights produced for the American market. Local laws didn't allow Volvo to offer their new flagship with the initial large rectangular headlamps. Therefore Volvo modified them and came up with the typical double small headlamps. Back then many Europeans wanted those and many American Volvo owners wanted the "European" ones. Even today some European Volvo fans change their cars by fitting the US lights.
