Premium-X has announced five new releases

Ixo has announced another batch of their 1:43 scale models which will be offered under the label Premium-X. These models are all those who have already been released in the Volvo Collection by Edition Atlas. They will however be offered in new colors. The official retail price will be 30.99 € for any of these diecast models. I can't give you an exact release date.

1962 Volvo 220 Amazon painted light green
1978 Volvo 244 painted green
1978 Volvo 244 Polis
1987 Volvo 780 Bertone painted dark blue
1988 Volvo 240 Polar (estate) painted red ( the Polar edition was only available in 1992 ! )

Previously announced models who should also be released anytime soon are :

1956 Volvo P1900 Sport convertible painted light yellow
1969 Volvo 145 Express painted light blue
1971 Volvo 145 Express 'Ambulance' ( Dutch livery )
1975 Volvo 66 painted yellow

WhiteBox has announced new Volvo models

The label WhiteBox has announced three new Volvo models. These models are made by Ixo in China for WhiteBox. Each model is in fact a new version of various Volvo models which Ixo has already produced for other brands. Each model is made out of diecast and features plastic parts. I do not have any exact release date for these 1:43 scale models. Their retail price will most probably be between 30 and 34 € depending on the country your living in.

Volvo V40 by JMK is now available

The latest run of the Volvo V40 in H0 (1:87) by JMK is now ready. You can buy it here at minivolvo.lu. JMK did the first run of the Volvo V40 (model year 1996) back in 2005. It was one of his first kits. This run has been made since one guy asked on Facebook if an H0 model of this specific Volvo existed. Shortly after a couple of guys pronounced as well their interest for this scale model. And just a few weeks later a V40 of the last run could be yours now.

The Volvo V40 (1996) by JMK is made out of resin. The kit consist of an unpainted body, the bottom-plate with the interior, glazing, wheels with metal axles and a round profile for fixing the axles to the bottom-plate.
The retail price is 20 € per model. Shipping at actual costs. I do not charge you handling fees.

All-new Volvo XC90 by Norev for Volvo

Volvo's merchandising department has recently announced the release of the all new Volvo XC90 as a scale model. The 1:43 scale diecast model will be available in two colors : onyx black and luminous sand. These scale models will be available under item number 2300462-702-000. The official retail price for one model is 39.70 €.

The first scale models are expected to be in stock August 15, 2014.
