This set comes with a medium blue painted Volvo P1800. The set features nine regular cars and as bonus an exclusive vehicle which is a yellow Chevy Camaro SS-396. These 3'' models have been made in Thailand. A good source for anything regarding the Volvo P1800 by Matchbox is this Wiki page.

This Volvo P1800 is made of white metal and was sold by the company Modelauto Replica under item number 101. I already knew that this model existed but it is the first time that I was able to get a pair of good pictures of this model. It seems that the model is a copy of the model by Tekno. The Japanese company Marusan has produced in the past various Volvo H0 slotcar models. In the USA and Japan slotcars in 1:64 scale are referred as H0 scale. This often confuses people in Europe. The ones I was able to find are : Volvo PV544 - colors: blue, turquoise Both models have been sold for ± 900 € ( 1100 $ ) Marusan is one of the very few old Japanese companies that still exist today.
