Volvo 480 presentation model in 1:43

This 1:43 Volvo 480 scale model has been given to dealers at the launch of the very first Volvo 480 back in 1986. Only 500 numbered pieces have been produced.
The unpainted models are mounted on a shiny plastic base.
The model seems to be made out of a heavy metal.

I do not know who produced these models. But I would guess that it was AHC. This model looks very close to the ones that AHC produced later in various colours. The main differences between these two runs are the non-opening doors and non-working headlamps on this one.

I would be pleased if someone could help me to find more infos about this scale model.
