News from the Volvo Collection by Editions Atlas

Ben, the webmaster from the Dutch website volvo-forum.nl received the information by the Editions Atlas headquarter in Switzerland that the Volvo Collection will be extended from 30 to 45 models.

The collection seems to be a success. The series includes currently 24 models. So you can expect a few more surprises in the coming months.

This is nice information, even if one can wonder how much EditionsAtlas will "repeat" types within the same family. They have done this a few times, and even if it covers variations it is preferrable to have unique and seldom issued types. So I still hope for models from early 30's, the 20's and why not some military variants!
Modern Volvos are available from other producers, but I guess they must be a part of a complete Volvo collection from EditionsAtlas.

This is good news I think. Hope there will come some interessting models.
My wish list: 69 142S, 79 244 GLE, 83 245 Turbo, 90 740 GLT, 77 66 DL and more from before 1960.

It seems that due to numerous inquiries, Editions Atlas could eventually release this collection in other countries if enough interest exists. I truly appreciate your great post!
