Volvo PV455 Duett by Editions Atlas

The fourth model in the VOLVO Collection by Editions Atlas is a Volvo PV455 Duett.
The model comes with the nice three colour scheme red-white-red and has a black interior.

Hi Kaos,

Thanks for the kind info about the latest release in Norway.
It seems that the models are not released in the same order in the Nordic countries.
Which one was model one and two ?

1. PV444

Hi All,

Sorry but there is no chance to order the Volvo Collection here in Hungary.
There is Editions Atlas here but just these modells above: http://www.editionsatlas.hu/c/7/Modellek.html

The Nordic Atlas sites not able to send any to other countries just Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
I would like to get the collection somehow. Help:)
Is anybody interests the bus or lorry or steam engine collection or anything from the Hungarian website to exchange onto the Volvos? What do you recommend about this case?

Hi Endre,

Most of us have the problem that they can't order the Volvo Collection. At this point you have to have an address in one of these four Nordic countries to have the right to subscribe to it.

Therefore a group of people from the Benelux have written numerous emails to Editions Atlas to rethink their distribution and to release the models also in other countries. A release in the Netherlands and Belgium will eventually be launched this spring.

The only way to get these models is to look at tradera.com. A few of each model are offered on this auction website. And I saw that a seller from Great Britain is offering a very few models on ebay too.

Don't be sorry for not being able to buy collection. Quality is horrible. Sprues left on plastic parts. Bad painting. Loose parts. Headlights in wrong angle on PV 60 and so on. Complained about the Amazon and got a new for free - thats fine, but so far only the PV444 was OK. NO more Atlas cars for mee.
I don't compare the quality to Minichamps, Neo or other expensive models, but I have at lot og models in the 10- 20 EUR range which is of much better quality.

It is correct that other collections have a far better quality.
